A short statement, because there is not much to say. This site collects what you send it and nothing more.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your company, country, contact name, email, and whatever you tell us about the material or the complaint. Nothing else is gathered, and the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we hold it
To answer you. An enquiry reaches the technical team so they can confirm a grade and issue a datasheet. A complaint enters the customer care process, where it is investigated to root cause and closed only once the corrective action is verified.
Who sees it
The relevant team inside the group. We do not sell or share your details with anyone outside RP Minerals, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and complaints are retained for as long as the commercial relationship and our quality management obligations require, and no longer.
Asking us to remove it
Write to the address below and we will remove your details, unless we are required to keep a record of a complaint under our quality management system.
